Antonia Hernández has been working for a long time as a designer and her experience really comes through in how deeply philosophical her creative process has become. Antonia describes herself as rational, but having worked with her on a few projects now, it is her passion that guides her reason. Her favourite projects are those that leave ample room for learning and problem-solving, design challenges that allow for the full expression of meaning, and design strategies that are at their core useful and allow for direct participation and social change.
Archinodes has invited Antonia to the Node Network because with her nothing happens without serious intent. Her designs reflect a commitment to always pushing the bounds of creativity rather than opting for what's easy and convenient. As she so simply asserts, "the idea of templates is very very boring." We agree.
